Location Owner Registration

We don’t charge joining fees for registering locations with us. If we agree a booking with you for a shoot then we will take an agreed commission out of any booking fees. We will agree the commission rate with you as part of our registration process.

Once you have registered your location on our website we will review the information and photos you have uploaded, and we will contact you to let you know whether we are interested in proceeding with the
location.

If we decide not to proceed with your location then we will permanently delete any data you have provided to us, unless you tell us to retain your details on our database to consider for future shoots.

If we accept your location onto our books we will agree the main terms which will apply for us to represent you, such as commission rates and whether we will represent the location on an exclusive or a
multiple-agent basis.

For most new locations, once we have agreed main terms for representation we engage a photographer to visit and take photos to upload onto our website and add to our locations library. Photography cost are covered by us initially and are typically taken from fees received from the first booking of your location.
The costs varies according to the size and geographical location of your location and we will advise further when the photographer is booked. We will let you know what these fees are. In some instances we choose to use photos uploaded by our location owners, and by submitting your photos you agree that we can use those photos on our website and in our locations library in order to promote your location.

Alongside arranging photography, our registrations team will work with you to collect all the information we need from you about the location to ensure we can market your property in the best way. Before we can commit your location for any shoots we will need you to sign our Location Owner’s Agreement which will record the terms on which we represent the location.

We want to get your location onto our books as soon as possible so that we can get on with promoting it to our clients, so we will upload photographs as soon as we can after our photographer has visited your
location. By submitting your photos and details of your location you agree that once photographs have been taken we can proceed with promoting your location while we finalise the registration process with
you.

Any data you provide to us when you sign up your location will be used by us as necessary in order to provide our services to you as an agent for your location. This may include sharing your details with clients as necessary in relation to a booking, but we will discuss this with you in each instance.
