We’re experiencing a warehouse renaissance here at the Fresh Locations agency, with lots of interest in these unique settings. Although we tend to think of them as vast, raw and edgy – our London location library has a wide selection of different warehouse filming locations to match your brief – from stylish domestic settings to unrestored industrial buildings to polished studio spaces. These locations are proving popular for a wide range of shoots, from film to fashion.

Unique Warehouses

Meanwhile, at the ‘Hackney Depot’ a refurbished bus depot there’s a truly unique warehouse look that includes walls painted in bold shades of pink and red and the original piping that suggest all kinds of futuristic and dystopian scenarios. Another warehouse that has quite a different mood is ‘Rumble Brutalist’ in E16. This venue seamlessly blends the raw aesthetic of brutalist architecture with the versatility of a modern events venue. The exterior is a striking concrete and inside there are multiple spaces each with their own distinct character, available for hire collectively, or individually.

We often have exciting temporary additions to our London locations library, when spaces are waiting for planning permission. It’s a brilliant way to capitalise on a property asset while you’re waiting for approval – so don’t hesitate to list your property us if you’re in that situation – they make the very freshest of locations!

Polished Warehouse Spaces

As well as the rough-around-the-edges look, we also feature some more polished warehouse locations including ‘Depository’ in North London. This is a dedicated shoot space with exposed brick walls and massive exposed wooden beams. The space totals 6,500 square square feet, set over four floors. Huge industrial windows allow daylight to flood in, making this space ideal for photoshoots. Over in East London is ‘MC Motors’, with the same industrial warehouse look is kitted out with vintage furniture and props, and the skylighted roof provides great natural light for filming and photoshoots.

Warehouse Apartments

Meanwhile we can offer a fabulous selection of warehouse apartments, including ‘Bow Factory’ location house in London E14, a beautifully converted factory featuring some of the highest ceilings we’ve ever seen in a residential space and 25ft high windows. The décor is very on-trend with a nod to the building’s industrial heritage. Among our many other residential warehouse gems is ‘Moresby Loft’ in London, E5. This gorgeous location has a masculine brutalist vibe. Large Crittall windows flood the space with light.

Recently Added Warehouse Locations

We’re always updating the Fresh Locations library with new properties, and one of our latest Warehouses additions is ‘Oval Warehouse’ in Tower Hamlets. This multi-purpose warehouse shoot location has 400 square metres of space, including a large decked outside balcony area. The main area has 4 metre high ceilings that provide a bright and practical shot space. This warehouse offers black out facilities, separate rooms that can be used for hair and make-up, and an industrial kitchen.
