We are a well established agency with a reputation for offering a friendly, personal and efficient service. Our small experienced team work hard to get to know each of our locations. This is essential to ensure the process from initial enquiry to confirmed booking is seamless and you as the owner feel happy, well briefed and fully prepared before the crew turns up on each shoot. We are very happy to offer guidance and advice as required. Once a confirmed booking is made we will draw up comprehensive contract which is then signed by the relevant parties. We also check that the client has Public Liability insurance in place in the unlikely event that it is required. We invoice on your behalf and settle up directly into your nominated account.

What makes a good shoot location?

We offer a wide variety of locations which enables us to respond to the diverse range of briefs we receive on a daily basis, this could be a Production Company tasked with finding a modern family kitchen for a chocolate bar commercial or a High Street retailer looking for a lifestyle location to shoot their new furniture collection. Whilst we are open to all different styles of locations there are certain criteria that we consistently look for:

• Living spaces large enough to accommodate a crew of 10 people (minimum) plus equipment.
• Ideally within the M25 or if not within 1.5 hours travel time of London, although we also consider seaside properties or country houses with architectural interest.
• For larger scale shoots good parking and access are required.

Tips on photography

• Take pictures on a bright sunny day and avoid using flash if possible
• Landscape photos taken at wide angle are preferable
• Include shots of all the main rooms including bedrooms and bathrooms as well as exteriors
