Job Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic, organised location booker, previous experience in similar fields is preferred, but not essential. The role is full time, based at our Richmond office (a two-minute walk from the station) 

About Fresh Locations:

Established in 2007, we’re a leading London location agency representing a diverse range of unique shoot locations in and around London – everything from family homes to football stadiums. We work closely with photographers and filmmakers on everything from fashion shoots to feature films. 

 We are a small, friendly, supportive team, we work closely with well-known stills, TV, music and film producers 

 

Core responsibilities:

 

• Interpreting and responding to client’s location briefs
• Working with the wider team to negotiate fees and manage the booking process
• Managing the registration of new locations
• Commissioning photography for new locations, selecting images and uploading them onto to our website

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar field is preferred but not essential
• A positive, can-do approach with a warm, friendly manner
• A strong eye for detail
• Strong negotiating skills 
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills within a team environment
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and juggle deadlines 
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Great visual sense with an eye for selecting locations and images 
• Mac skills
